I started Seed2Strength because the fitness industry was leaving behind the people who needed it most: the busy, the ambitious, and the overwhelmed. My fitness journey began in high school, training to become a college athlete, and that's where I learned that showing up consistently beats chasing perfection every time. The name Seed2Strength represents the transition from a single point of commitment, the seed, to a life rooted in power and confidence. My mission is to provide a framework that not only works in the gym but also integrates seamlessly into your life, ensuring that your physical and mental strength becomes the foundation for your success everywhere else. After seeing countless professionals struggle to balance high-pressure careers with their personal health, I now help those exact individuals reclaim their energy and confidence through coaching that actually fits their lives.
